8 facilities under the management of Urban Group recently received the "Excellence in Facilities Management (EFM) Awards" presented by The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM). Rhythm Garden in San Po Kong won the Grand Award in the Subsidized Purchase Housing Category to recognize their outstanding management services. Moreover, 7 properties under Urban were also awarded the EFM Awards and Certificate of Merit respectively, reflecting Urban's quality management services are well recognized by the industry.
Moreover, Urban's emphasis on environmental protection policies and management approaches by adapting extensive environmental measures into the daily lives of its customers were also commended by the judges to assure the properties under its management are contributing to the sustainable development of the society.
