Rhythm Garden at San Po Kung under Urban Group was awarded the Champion in the Quality Building Management Competition co-organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council and Hong Kong Productivity Council on 11st December, 2014. The estate has obtained the Championship for 5 consecutive years also awarded as Green Building for 3 consecutive years. This year, it also awarded as Safe & Healthy Community Award in the same competition, demonstrating its high standard of management services, green management practices and Occupational Safety and Health which were well received in the community.
The Quality Building Management Competition was organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council and Hong Kong Productivity Council aiming to recognize the best management buildings in the district to enhance the building management standard in the locale. The Competition also helps promote the importance of good property management through the active participation of owners’ organizations and property management companies.

Also, Rhythm Garden is the first estate to work with the College of Pharmacy Practice to launch the Medication Recycling programme in Hong Kong.
Moreover, a vertical green wall with the logo of Rhythm Garden is set up at the property, providing the environmental benefits and enhances aesthetic quality of the environment.
