Urban Group is pleased to announce three properties under Urban Property Management Limited have gained the Quality Property and Facility Management Awards 2014 (QPFMA).
Representatives from the 3 winning properties under Urban received the Awards during the Award Presentation Ceremony held on 12th September, 2014, which was officiated by Mr Wong Kam Sing, JP, Secretary for the Environment Bureau. The winning properties are:

The QPFM Award, jointly organised by the Property and Facility Management (PFM) Division of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (KAPMC), is a biennale award aspires to honour and recognise outstanding projects in the property and facility management industry. At its third year, QPFMA 2014 has the theme on "Moving Forward to the New Era of Property and Facility Management - Sustainability and Liveability".
The QPFMA not only rewards those property and facility management companies which demonstrate outstanding performances in terms of bringing comfort, safety and security to their users and occupiers, it also highly credits those which comply with legal requirements and respect for the environment. The award winners are judged by a selected jury of industry leaders from various government departments, universities and associations.
