Four companies under Urban Group including Urban Property Management Limited, International Property Management Limited, Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited and Turning Technical Services Limited recently received Family-Friendly Employers Awards organized by the the Family Council. All 4 companies were awarded the Special Mention Certificate in the 2013/14 Family-Friendly Employers Awards, showing their contributions in demonstrating a family-friendly spirit and continuous support to family-friendly employment policies and practices for two consecutive years.
The Award scheme aims to give recognition to business companies that demonstrate a family-friendly spirit, to encourage them to put in place measures to raise awareness in the business sector on the importance of family core values and to foster a pro-family culture and environment. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 19th June, 2014 at the Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre which was officiated by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, GBS, JP.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group points out, "We always concern the family needs of our staff.
