Sereno Verde at Yuen Long, which is managed by Urban-Wellborn Property Management Limited under Urban Group, recently received the GOLD AWARD in Best Landscape Award for Private Property Developments 2014 - Large Scale Residential Property (Properties between 11 and 20 years of age). Urban-Wellborn has been devoting great efforts in beautifying the surroundings and greening the environment throughout the years, which was well recognized by the judging panel of the Award.
The Best Landscape Award for Private Property Developments is co-organized by the Home Affairs Department, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects, the Institute of Horticulture (Hong Kong), the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Professional Green Building Council and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies. The award presentation ceremony was held on 12th June, 2014 at the Hong Kong Central Library.

The gardeners will prune the trees and grow various types of plant in different seasons. Moreover, the company provides an aerial platform to the gardeners aiming to provide a safe and healthy workplace to them. In order to arouse the interests of the residents, Urban-Wellborn has designed specific labels to introduce the plants so that the residents can search further information through the "QR Code" as provided. These horticultural maintenance arrangements are well received by the residents.
