Urban Property Management Limited and International Property Management Limited under Urban Group respectively received the Award of Gold for four consecutive years and Award of Sliver for Type 1 Licensed Security Companies for two consecutive years in the Security Services Best Training Awards. These Awards were jointly organized by the Vocational Training Council and the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force, recognizing Urban's outstanding achievements in providing quality training to their security personnel.
The award presentation ceremony was held on 21st March, 2014 at the Police Headquarters which was officiated by Mr Wong Chi-hung, Director of Operations, the Hong Kong Police Force; Ms Jane Curzon Lo, Chairlady of the Security Services Training Board, VTC; and, Mr Daniel Cham Ka-hung, BBS, MH, JP, Chairman of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority.
Mr Wong Chi-hung commended the outstanding achievemetns of Urban Group in providing quality trainings to their security personnel. He hoped the Awards would further encourage property management and security companies to sustain their efforts in developing quality training to enhance the entire service standard of the industry.
