Rhythm Garden under Urban Group becomes the Champion in the Quality Building Management Competition organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council on 10th January, 2014. The estate has obtained the Championship for 4 consecutive years. This year, it also awarded as Green Building in the same competition, demonstrating its high standard of management services and green management practices which were well received in the community.
The Quality Building Management Competition was organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council aiming to recognize the best management buildings in the district to enhance the building management standard in the locale. The Competition also helps promote the importance of good property management through the active participation of owners' organizations and property management companies.
