Three properties under Urban Group were awarded in the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 20th November, 2013; 2 properties received the "Outstanding Residential Property Management" and 1 property received "Outstanding Industrial/ Commercial Property Management" awards, whereas 4 security personnel were awarded as "The Best Security Personnel" and "Outstanding Security Personnel" respectively.
Moreover, 1 security personnel of Urban was awarded "Outstanding Security Personnel" in the New Territories South Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 5th December, 2013, demonstrating the quality security service standard of the Group.

The Best Security Services Awards Scheme organized by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of the Hong Kong Police Force aims to strengthen the security service standard of various districts and to recognize security personnel who have performed outstandingly to assist the police in combating crimes.
