Urban Group awarded ERB Manpower Developer 1st

Urban Group has passed the renewal assessment of the ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme and continues to hold MD 1st for the second consecutive years.  The Award acknowledges the outstanding achievement of the company in manpower training and development, and the contribution in the promotion of a learning culture within the Group.

The ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme aims to promote a corporate culture based on manpower training and development among organizations, heighten the awareness of employers and employees on continuous updrading and recognize employers who are committed to manpower training and development.  The selection is based on the result of preliminary assesemnt and on-site inspection on the five areas of Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning, Training and Development System, Performance Management and Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development.
