Urban Property Management Limited and International Property Management Limited under Urban Group respectively received the Award of Gold and Award of Bronze for Type 1 Licensed Security Companies in the Security Services Best Training Awards for two consecutive years. These Awards were jointly organized by the Vocational Training Council and the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force, recognizing Urban's outstanding achievements in providing quality training to their security personnel.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group reveals, "We are delighted to know that our two companies received the Awards which reflected our efforts in the training of our frontline security personnel. We always emphasize on the training of our frontline security staff to ensure that they can fully grasp the professional skills in providing security services to our customers and assisting the Police to fight crimes."

Mr Paul Hung Hak-wai, Director of Operations of the Hong Kong Police Force commended the outstanding achievemetns of Urban Group in providing trainings to their security staff. He hoped the Awards would further encourage property management and security companies to sustain their efforts in developing quality training to enhance the entire service standard of the industries.
