6 properties under Urban Group were awarded in the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 9th December, 2011; when 4 properties received the "Best Managed Property" Awards, 2 security guards were awarded as "Best Security Guard" and 1 security guard was awarded as "Outstanding Security Guard" respectively, demonstrating the quality security service standard of the Group.
The Awards obtained by Urban Group were :
Best Managed Residential Property: Euston Court (Mid-Levels), Merton (Mid-Levels), Li Chit Garden (WanChai), Ka Lung Court (Aberdeen)
Best Security Guards: Mr Chan Kin Ming (Lei King Wan), Mr Tse Hing Wah (Lei King Wan)
Outstanding Security Guard: Mr Or Pui Yeung (Harbour Heights)
Attended the award presentation ceremony, Dr Edmond Cheng, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and Managing Director of Urban Group pointed out, "As a professional property asset and facility services company, Urban Group requires our security personnel deployed at various properties to be diligent and try their best efforts to assist the Police in fighting crimes. We emphasize the training of our frontline security personnel to ensure that they realize the importance in protecting the wealth and safety of our customers."
