Grand Millennium Plaza under Urban Group recently received Merit Award in the Quality Property and Facility Management Award jointly organized by the Property and Facility Division of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAMPC), demonstrating the quality service standard of Urban Group for Grand Millennium Plaza.
Located in the commercial hub of Sheung Wan, the Grand Millennium Plaza was developed in 1997. Through the implementation of the Urban Premier Management ModelT, Urban Group has been providing the best property asset and facility services to the users, which include property asset management, environmental sanitation services, financial management, repair and maintenance, safety and security and landscaping design and management, enabling it to become a premier grade-A office building in the locale.
