4 properties under Urban Group recently received 4 certificates in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification Award Ceremony organized by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD), recognizing their efforts in achieving good indoor air quality and providing a pleasant working environment for all users of the properties.
The 4 awarded properties under Urban Group include:
"Good indoor air quality is essential for the health of all users in the property. In this regard, Urban Group has implemented a number of improvement works on the indoor air quality system for the properties. For instance, installing the air purifier, replacing stainless steel louvers and ducks in the PAU rooms, replacing PAU filters and scheduled regular cleaning for filters and ducks, so as to ensure the highest level of air quality," Mr. K M So, Executive Director of Urban Group said.
Mr. K M So added "The 4 certificates we received from EPD in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification Award Ceremony well recognize our contributions to environmental protection. In future, we will continue to strengthen our endeavors in environmental care and to introduce more innovative management services to strive for a sustainable living environment.
