Rhythm Garden under Urban Group was recently awarded Championship in the Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition jointly organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council and the Hong Kong Productivity Council to recognize its outstanding management performance in the district.
The Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition is a major event to promote the importance of quality management to the property management companies and residents in the district. The competition also aims to encourage owners and tenants to participate in the management affairs of their buildings to improve the entire property management standard of the district. The competition is restricted to the management of the residential portion and basic facilities for the residents including tower lobby, podium, garden and leisure ground. The scoring scheme is based on site visit assessment, mystery assessment, document and record assessment and customer survey to obtain an overall result of the management quality of the respective properties.
Rhythm Garden has participated in the same event for 9 consecutive years which has been acclaimed three times as Champion, fourth times as 1st Runners-up, once as 2nd Runners-up and once as Merit in the Competition, showing its management standard has been well recognized and applauded in the district.
