11 properties under Urban Group were awarded in the Hong Kong Island Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held on 7th October 2010, when 9 properties received the "Best Managed Property" Awards and 2 security guards were awarded "Best Security Guard" and "Outstanding Security Guard" respectively, demonstrating the quality security service standard of the Group.
The Awards obtained by Urban Group were respectively:

Outstanding Security Guard Mr Kwan Chi Leung (Aldrich Garden)
Dr Cheuk Chun-yin, Assistant Commissioner of Police and Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island said in the Award Presentation Ceremony, "The Best Security Services Awards organized by the Regional Crime Prevention Office, Hong Kong Island Police Regional Headquarters of the Hong Kong Police aims to award property management and security personnel who join hand with us to fight crimes and protect the safety of the residents and to commend property management companies with good security systems and services to ensure the law and order of the premises for the residents."
Attended as officiating guest in the award presentation ceremony, Dr Edmond Cheng, President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) and Managing Director of Urban Group pointed out, "As a professional property asset and facility services company, Urban Group requires our security personnel deployed at various properties to be diligent and try their best to assist the Police in fighting crimes. We also emphasize the training of our frontline security personnel to ensure that they realize the importance in protecting the wealth and safety of our customers."
