Urban Group receives 20 awards and 57 certificates in the Source Separation of Waste Scheme by EPD City One Shatin receives the "Gold Award" and "The Award for Lowest Waste Disposal Quantity"

12 properties under Urban Group won 20 awards and 57 certificates in the Source Separation of Waste Scheme jointly organized by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, commending their efforts and contributions to environmental management.
Among the 12 awarded properties, City One Shatin under Urban received 2 special honors, including the Gold Award and the Award for Lowest Waste Disposal Quantity while Lei King Wai at Sai Wan Ho won The Best Promotion Award and The Bronze Award.

Urban Group is among the first few property assets and facility services companies to support the EDP Waste Reduction Scheme since 2005.  Until now, 70 properties under the Group have been participating in the Source Separation of Waste Scheme.
