11 properties under Urban Group received the "Star Managed Property", "Outstanding Managed Property", "Best Managed Property", "Outstanding Managed Public Carpark", "Best Managed Public Carpark" and 9 security guards awarded as the "Outstanding Security Guard" and "Best Security Guard" in the Kowloon West Best Security Services Awards Presentation Ceremony held recently. The event was jointly organized by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of the Kowloon West Headquarters of Hong Kong Police, the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority (SGSIA) and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC).
The Kowloon West Best Security Services Award aims to enhance the security services standards and facilities of property management companies in Hong Kong and to strengthen the service quality of security personnel through professional trainings.
President of the HKAPMC and Managing Director of Urban Group Dr Edmond Cheng, attended as officiating guest in the award presentation ceremony. He encouraged the awarded companies and security personnel to continue providing the best security services to the people of Hong Kong and to assist the Police in crime prevention.
Dr Edmond Cheng points out, "As a professional real estate and facility management services company, Urban Group strictly requires our security personnel deployed at various properties to be diligent and try their best to assist the Police in fighting crimes. We also emphasize the training of our frontline security personnel to ensure that they realize the importance in protecting the safety of our customers and their property assets."
