Urban Group awarded ERB Manpower Developer 1st

Urban Group recently received the "Manpower Developer 1st" in the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) Manpower Developer Award Scheme, the first award scheme to assess the level of manpower training and development strategeis and practices of organizations in Hong Kong.

The ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme aims to promote a corporate culture based on manpower training and development among organizations, heighten the awareness of employers and employees on continuous updrading and recognize employers who are committed to manpower training and development. The selection is based on the result of preliminary assesemnt and on-site inspection on the five areas of Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning, Training and Development System, Performance Management and Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development.
