Urban Group recently received the Best Practice Awards - Grand Award organized by the Best Practice Management Magazine to recognize its achievements in strategic management over the past years.
Urban Group has been awarded Best Practice in Innovation in 2003, Best Practice in Customer Relationship Management in 2004 and Best Practice in Leadership by Example in 2008 respectively.
The objectives of the Best Practice Awards are to drive corporations to pursue management excellence in diverse business functions and to facilitate inter-corporations and cross-industries benchmarking by selecting outstanding corporations as role models. The judging criteria of the Awards are based on customers and employees' level of satisfaction.
