Rhythm Garden under Urban Group recently awarded 1st Runner-up in the Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council. Apart from Rhythm Garden, another prime property managed by the Group - Kaiser Estate in Hung Hom also won the Merit Award (Industrial and Commercial Buildings Category) in the Kowloon City Quality Building Management Competition, demonstrating the quality service standard of Urban in managing different kinds of properties.
Rhythm Garden has been participating in the same event for 7 consecutive years and has been acclaimed twice as Champion, three times as 1st Runners-up, once as 2nd Runners-up and once as Merit in the Competition. The adjudicators spoke highly of the ability of Urban in providing solutions to tackle different management issues of the property and its high standard of security services. The Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition is a major event to promote the importance of quality management to the property management companies and residents living in the district. The competition also aims to encourage owners and tenants to participate in the management affairs of their buildings to improve the entire property management standard of the district.
