Hong Kong's Premier Real Estate and Facility Management Services Company, Urban Group recently held its Corporate Awards Presentation Ceremony 2008 to recognize the achievements of its outstanding employees and services teams for their pursuit of excellence in environmental and health management, community services and human capital development.
Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group stated that, "The Corporate Awards Presentation Ceremony aims to establish a reward system for our outstanding staff and service teams for their performance in the areas of green management, community care and unfailing services in our Group. In Urban, we always encourage our staff, service teams and departments to adopt green management practices and participate in various community services to establish a caring culture among our staff, our customers and the community at large, so as to fulfill our mission as Hong Kong's Premier Community Manager."
This year, Urban Group has added in a number of special awards in environmental and health management and community care including the Best Environmental Care Award, Best Environmental Performance Improvement Award, Environmental and Health Management Award, Outstanding Community Care Team Award and Outstanding Volunteer Award.

Hence, we presented 14 environmental protection and community care awards to our services teams and staff members this year to recognize their efforts and commitment to green management and sustainable development."
Alike previous years, Urban Group's Outstanding Employees Award comprises 2 categories: managerial grade and frontline staff. Employees were selected by their contributions to the Group, drive and enthusiasm in job, service quality, management skill and customer service techniques. A total of 9 staff members received the Awards this year.
