Urban Property Management Limited under the wider Urban Group recently received the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Certificate and the Hong Kong Green Mark Certificate administered by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under the auspices of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), after fulfilling the prescribed requirements, which reflects Urban's outstanding performance in implementing the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach.
Moreover, 3 properties under Urban including Grand Millennium Plaza in Sheung Wan, New World Tower in Central and Illumination Terrace in Causeway Bay also received the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Certificate when Aldrich Garden in Shau Kei Wan and Kam Tai Court in Man On Shan were awarded the Hong Kong Green Mark Certificate, recognizing their good performance in quality services and environmental management.
According to Managing Director of Urban Group Dr Edmond Cheng, "Our aim is to enhance our real estate and facility management service quality by applying the TQM concepts, and ultimately, to increase the asset values for the properties and facilities for our clients." Urban Group is the pioneer to introduce the concept of Property Asset Management in the territory and their quality services have been widely recognized by its clients over the years.

And in 2002, we successfully launched the unique Urban Premier Management ModelT, emphasizing 'professional People, quality Process and outstanding Performance', leading us to receive a number of corporate accolades from various professional institutions."
