Rhythm Garden under Urban Group recently awarded 1st Runner-up in the Wong Tai Sin Quality Building Management Competition organized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council, demonstrating the standard of services of the property was well received by all sectors.
The Quality Building Management Competition organized by the respective district councils aims to recognize the Best Managed Buildings in various districts so as to enhance the building management standard in Hong Kong. The Competition also helps promote the importance of good property management through the active participation of owners' organizations and property management companies.
Located in San Po Kong, Rhythm Garden has been participating in this Competition for 6 consecutive years and has been acclaimed the top 3 places during the 5 years of its participation.?This well demonstrated the leading position of the property in the locale.
