Managed by Urban Group, Aldrich Garden recently received the 2006 Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards - Green Property Management ( Private Housing ) Merit Award , while City One Shatin, Mei Foo Sun Chuen and Prime View Garden have been awarded the Gold Wastewi$e Logo from the Environment Campaign Committee of the Environmental Protection Department , recognizing the contributions of Urban in environmental protection and green management services.

Hong Kong Eco-Business Awards is organized by the Environment Campaign Committee of the Environmental Protection Department, The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and The Hong Kong Productivity Council , to promote environmental management in the Hong Kong business sector and to recognize businesses for their commendable performances in environmental management. The Gold Wastewi$e Logo is presented to organizations which have devised their waste reduction initiatives and successfully implemented effective measures to achieve a minimum of 9 objectives within 1 year in their daily operations.
Urban Group has received overwhelmingly more than 100 awards in environmental protection and green management from various organizations and government departments since 2000. Among them include the Diamond Award in the Source Separation of Domestic Waste Campaign, 3Rs Waste Recycling Awards and the Eco-Business Award - Gold Award, reflecting its tireless efforts in environmental care all through these years.
