12 Properties under Urban Group receive the "Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme Certificate"

12 properties under Urban Group were recently awarded the "Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme Certificate" presented by the Water Supplies Department.  The Scheme was to recognize properties which demonstrated proper maintenance and supervision on the water supply systems of the buildings with the provision of good quality water supplies to the users.

The 12 awarded properties included City One Shatin and Kam Tai Court in Shatin; Mei Foo Sun Chuen, High Prosperity Terrace in Kwai Chung; Queen's Terrace and Grand Millennium Plaza in Sheung Wan; No. 2 Park Road and Bon Point in the Mid-Levels; New World Tower in Central, Pearl City Mansion in Causeway Bay, Harbour Heights in North Point and Park Vale in Quarry Bay.

Urban Group's professional services on the maintenance of building facilities and the water supply systems enable its customers to enjoy the highest quality of tap water supply from their buildings.

Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, "Our professional property asset  and facility management personnel will carry out regular inspection and quality maintenance to the plumbing as well as other building facilities at the properties to ensure our customers can enjoy the highest quality of water supplies.  The water supply systems of the properties under our management fully comply with the Drinking Water Standard under the Guidelines of the World Health Organization to ensure the provision of the best quality water supplies to our customers."

Dr Edmond Cheng continued, "We fully support this Certification Scheme of the Water Supplies Department and will continue to promote the scheme to our 230 properties.  We expect more properties would receive this Certification to ensure the effective maintenance of their water supply systems which ultimately benefit our customers."
