6 properties under Urban Group were recently awarded 2 Championships, 1 First Runner-up, 1 Second Runner-up and 2 Merit Awards in the regional Quality Building Management and Cleaning Competitions organized by various District Councils. The awards were respectively:

The Quality Building Management and Cleaning Awards organized by the respective District Councils are aiming to recognize the Best Managed and Cleaning Buildings in various districts so as to enhance the building management standard as well as to promote the message of keeping the cleanliness of buildings in Hong Kong. Properties managed by Urban Group had achieved good results in these competitions over the years demonstrating its outstanding property asset and facility management services and its achievements in implementing Total Quality Management.
