Urban Group receives 4 Green Awards
in 3R Recycling Campaign by Environmental Campaign Committee

Three properties under Urban Group, namely Hong Lam Court in Shatin, City One Shatin, and Baguio Villa in Pokfulam received 4 major awards including Overall 1st Runner-up in Plastic Bottles Category, 2nd Runner-up in Aluminum Cans Category and 2 Certificates of Merit in Waste Paper Category in the 3R Recycling Campaign (Phase VII) launched by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC), demonstrating the premier environmental management policy and endeavors to Hong Kong's sustainable development of the Group.

The Awards obtained by the 3 properties under Urban Group include:

Urban Group has been promoting a green lifestyle and encouraging customers at the properties under their services to participate in various environmental care and recycling activities. Managed by Urban Group, City One Shatin has been actively participating in the 3R Recycling Campaign launched by EEC over the years. The property has achieved outstandingly 30 major awards including the Overall Champions in Aluminum Cans for 5 consecutive years and in Waste Paper Recycling Categories for 4 consecutive years respectively, becoming the role model of green property in the territory.

In addition, 8 properties under Urban Group have awarded the Certificates of Appreciation in the "Source Separation of Waste Scheme" by the Environmental Protection Department, recognizing their contributions to the successful implementation and smooth running of the Scheme.
