Urban Group invites 250 staff and their family to visit Disneyland

To commend staff members who have outstanding performance over the past years, Urban Group will invite 250 staff and their family members to visit Hong Kong Disneyland on 26th November 2005 so as to enhance their team spirit and to enable them to spend a relaxing day with their families among the hectic work schedule.

Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group revealed, "We believe that our staff is the most important asset of Urban. Being an organization emphasizing Total Quality Management, we very much treasure the industrious quality of our staff. We strive to provide the best working environment for our staff so as to enhance their service loyalty towards the company. The initial move to invite 250 staff members and their family to the Disneyland best shows our care to our staff. In the coming future, we will also launch various kinds of incentives to recognize staff who have good performance."
