11 Properties under Urban Group obtained
Regional Quality Building Management and Cleaning Awards

11 properties under Urban Group were recently awarded in the Quality Building Management and Cleaning Competitions of various districts, demonstrating the excellent property asset and facility management services of Urban Group and the achievements in implementing Total Quality Management.

The Quality Building Management Award organized by the respective District Offices of the Home Affairs Department annually is to recognize the Best Managed Buildings in various districts so as to enhance the building management standard, whereas the Cleaning Competition organized by the Clean Hong Kong Committee under various District Councils is to promote the message of keeping Hong Kong clean and to upkeep the cleanliness of buildings in Hong Kong.

Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group stated that, "Our achievement in various regional competitions is the result of the close cooperation and quality partnership between Urban and our customers of respective properties. These competitions also provide a good opportunity for Urban to share our best practices in property management with our counterparts and further improve our communications with the owners' representatives of the properties."
