HK's Premier Property Manager enhances Quality Partnership
Broadway-Nassau successfully renews Management Contracts
for All 8 Stages of Mei Foo Sun Chuen

Following the successful renewal of management contracts with the Owners' Incorporation of 5 stages in Mei Foo Sun Chuen in August 2004, Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited (Broadway-Nassau) renewed the management contracts with the Owners' Incorporation (OI) of the remaining 3 stages on 29th January 2005, ensuring a continual of quality property asset and facility management services for all residents of the 13,110 units in the property.

Broadway-Nassau has already renewed the management contracts with the Owners' Incorporation of Stages 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 on 30th August 2004. Witnessed by Mr Andrew Wong, Executive Director of NWSH Limited, the parent company of Broadway-Nassau, the contracts were signed between the Chairman of the OIs and Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Broadway-Nassau.

Whereas, the management contract signing ceremony for the remaining 3 stages of Mei Foo Sun Chuen including Stages 3, 7 and 8, was held on 29th January 2005 by the Chairman and Honourble Secretary of the OIs and a team of senior executives from Broadway-Nassau led by Dr Edmond Cheng.

Managing Director of Broadway-Nassau Dr Edmond Cheng stated that, "We are very proud to have the full confidence and support from the OIs of Mei Foo Sun Chuen. It is a great encouragement to us to renew the management contract for all 8 stages with the OIs, assuring our management service quality has been well recognized by the residents."

Dr Edmond Cheng said, "Our management service for Mei Foo Sun Chuen has entered into the 40th year in 2005. Through years of cooperation, we have established the mutual trust and a Quality Partnership with the OIs."
