Urban Group renews Management Contract
with Owners' Incorporations of Mei Foo Sun Chuen

Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited under Urban Group renewed the Management Contracts with the Owners' Incorporation of 5 Stages of Mei Foo Sun Chuen on 30th August 2004, further strengthening the "Long Term Quality Partnership" established among Urban Group, the owners' representatives, and the individual owners of the large private housing estate over the last 39 years.
The Management Contracts Signing Ceremony was held at the Estate Management Office of Mei Foo Sun Chuen. Attending the Ceremony include the Chairmen and Office Bearers of Stage 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of Mei Foo Sun Chuen; Executive Director of NWS Holdings Limited, parent company of Broadway-Nassau, Mr Andrew Wong; Managing Director of Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited and Urban Group Dr Edmond Cheng; and senior executives of Urban Group and the Mei Foo Sun Chuen Estate Management Office. The Ceremony signified the commencement of a new phase of "Long Term Quality Partnership" among the three parties to work hand-in-hand for the enhancement of the management standard of the estate.
Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group and Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited revealed, "We are glad to have reached a new management agreement with the Owners' Incorporation of 5 stages in Mei Foo. This is the joint endeavours of the owners' incorporations, individual owners and residents, as well as the management team of the estate, who have been striving to continuously improving the management quality of Mei Foo by establishing a Long Term Quality Partnership together.
Mei Foo Sun Chuen is one of the largest private residential developments in Hong Kong. The huge housing estate was developed through 8 stages, which totally comprises 99 towers with 13,110 residential units. Broadway-Nassau Investments Limited, a member of Urban Group, has been managing the estate since the completion of Stage 1 in 1968. Following the Visionary Leadership and Total Quality Management (TQM) Model of Urban Group, Broadway-Nassau has established a unique TQM system for the huge estate to create a pleasant and harmonious community in Mei Foo.
