Jointly developed by New World Development Limited and 4 other major developers in Hong Kong, the handover activities of the luxurious property Parc Palais have commenced in August 2004.

To ensure owners of the property to have the best handover service and the highest quality of management, its property management company Urban Group has launched a brand new service in Hong Kong for the owners - "Parc Palais Super Luxurious Property Owners Handover Day" - "Summer Sunflower Party" and the "Rolls Royce Concierge Services".
