"Project Sunshine" - University Graduate Trainees Recruitment
to recruit 50 university graduates

Urban Group, the major property and facility management arm of NWS Holdings, always emphasizes at developing talented people to boost organizational growth. Following last year's success in organizing the "Executive Management Trainee" Programme which attracted over 600 applicants, the Group launches the "Project Sunshine - University Graduate Trainees Recruitment" Programme in June and July this year to recruit suitable candidates to join the Group.

Ms Janna Cheng, Senior Group Manager - Human Capital of Urban Group revealed, "'Project Sunshine' is the keynote recruitment exercise of Urban Group this year. 'Sunshine' refers to the vigorous and brightness attributes of our young talent. We hope to recruit 50 university graduates to take up the post of Graduate Trainees in our company. We will provide on-the-job training to the suitable candidates, aiming to develop their talents to become property management professionals."

Ms Cheng continued, "We have designed a series of activities for the applicants including group discussions, management case studies, individual interviews and attitude tests on their understanding of the industry, which help them display their ability and talent and enable us to better understand their potential."
