Urban Group fully supports "People's Food Bank" to help the Needies

With the Core Value of Community Care, Urban Group always strives to show their corporate social responsibility to the community. Recently, Harbour Height and Park Vale, 2 properties under its management in the Eastern District have joined the "People's Food Bank" scheme organized by St James' Settlement to encourage the residents to take actions to help the needy people in the society.

Harbour Height and Park Value launched the "People's Food Bank" in May 2004, which will be completed by the end of this July to collect dried food, rice, and can foods for the needy people. The food collected will be distributed through the social workers to the needies in the society including street sleepers, low-income people and families, single families and newly immigrated families. The "People's Food Bank" is also attached to the "People's Food Canteen" service organized by St James Settlement to provide free meals to the people everyday.
