Two Properties of Urban Group won Best Landscape Award
for Private Property Development

Two properties managed by Urban Group recently won the Best Landscape Award for Private Property Development presented by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department. They include Belair Monte in Fanling, wining the Silver Award in Horticultural Maintenance, and Park Vale in Quarry Bay winning the Merit Award in Greening Effect.

Belair Monte was situated at 3 Ma Sik Road, Fanling. The property comprises 7 blocks of 1,680 residential units, which has been managing by Urban Group since its completion in April 1999. Designed by a famous architect, the landscaping at Belair Monte features unique architectural structure, footpaths, waterfalls while decorated with flowers and plants to create a tranquil environment in the property.

In order to ensure the beautiful surroundings of the property, a well-experienced gardener was employed to take care of the maintenance of the landscape, whose industrious work has led to the enrichment of the design, enabling the residents to enjoy the comfort of the green environment.

Whereas in Park Vale, great efforts has been put in to provide a green living environment for the residents. Both sides of the footpath near the estate entrance are covered with grasses and various seasonal flowers, and the green plants surround the podium garden making it like an oasis in between the city.
