"Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme Certificates"

7 properties managed by Urban Group recently awarded the "Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme Certificates" presented by the Water Supplies Department, manifesting the proper maintenance of the plumbing systems at the properties and the provision of good quality water supplies to their customers.

The 7 awarded properties including Aldrich Garden in Shau Kei Wan, Park Vale in Quarry Bay, Harbour Height in North Point, Ching Wang Court and Cheung Wang Estate in Tsing Yi as well as Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Yat Estate in Tin Shui Wai. Through proper maintenance services of the plumbing systems by Urban, the water supplies facilities and systems at the properties are keeping at the highest quality level.

Administered and launched by the Water Supplies Department, the "Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme" aimed at encouraging local property management companies and property owners to conduct self-assessments on plumbing conditions and to identify areas for necessary maintenance, in order to enhance the quality of tap water and strengthen the confidence of users towards the quality of tap water.
