Belair Monte won Silver Award in
Best Landscape Competition for Private Properties

Managed by Urban Group, Belair Monte in Fanling recently won the Silver Award in the Best Landscape Competition for Private Property Development presented by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department.

Designed by a famous architect, the landscaping at Belair Monte features unique architectural structure, footpaths, waterfalls while decorated with flowers and plants to create a tranquil environment in the property.

Belair Monte was situated at 3 Ma Sik Road, Fanling, which comprises 7 blocks of 30-storey stately building. The property has been managing by Urban Group since it was completed in April 1999. The scenic landscape design of the estate with the surrounding mountains and numerous flowers and green plants around has been viewed as a retreat for the residents from their hectic life.

The maintenance of the landscaping is done by a well-experienced gardener and her assistance. Through their industrious work, the results are remarkable and applauded by members of the Owners Incorporation and the residents alike. The residents are also keen to provide feedback and on and participate in the gardening matters which add credit to the landscaping work in the property.
