Urban Group awards management contract of
Villa Sapphire in Tuen Mun

Urban Group, Hong Kong's Premier Property Asset and Facility Management Group, was recently appointed property manager of Villa Sapphire in Tuen Mun to provide their quality management services to the owners and tenants with effect from 1st April 2004.

Located at No. 8 Tsing Fat Street, Villa Sapphire is a quality residential development in Tuen Mun. The property was completed in 1999, which comprises 2 towers of 58 residential units and 98 car parking spaces, together with a Residents' Club House and a swimming pool.

The Management Agreement Signing Ceremony was held on 26th March 2004 at the Residents' Clubhouse of Villa Sapphire. Representing the two parties in the ceremony had Mr Randolph Lau, Chairman of the Incorporated Owners of Villa Sapphire and Ms Susanna Liu, Group Manager - Property Asset Management and other senior executives of Urban Group.

Mr Randolph Lau, Chairman of the Incorporated Owners of Villa Sapphire revealed, "We are pleased to appoint Urban, who has proven track records in managing various types of properties and has as well won numerous important awards, to be the Property Manager of Villa Sapphire for the coming year. We have full confidence to entrust our property in the hands of Urban's management expertise.
