Urban Group renews Management Contract with
Incorporated Owners of Po Lai Court in Shamshuipo

Urban Group, Hong Kong's Largest and Premier Property Asset and Facility Management Group, recently renewed the Management Contract with the Incorporated Owners of Po Lai Court in Shamshuipo for another 2 years to continue their working partnership in providing a comfortable and harmonious living environment for the residents of the estate.

The Po Lai Court Management Contract Signing Ceremony was held at the Head Office of Urban Group in Cheung Sha Wan on 22nd March 2004. During the ceremony, members of the Management Committee of the Incorporated Owners of Po Lai Court engaged in a friendly exchange on views regarding professional management with senior executives of Urban Group.

Mr Y T Poon, Chairman of the Incorporated Owners of Po Lai Court revealed, "The Management Committee of the Po Lai Court Owners' Incorporation has been maintaining a close and favourable working relationship with Urban over the past years to strive for the common goal of good management for the residents of the property.
