Hang Chun Court & Po Lai Court under Urban Group
participates in Sham Shui Po District Community Integrity Project

Managed by Urban Group, Hang Chun Court and Po Lai Court in Sham Shui Po recently joined The Sham Shui Po District Community Integrity Project 2003/04 Prize Presentation Ceremony cum Carnival, reflecting that the Group has been striving for promoting upright property management and fully devoting to corporate social responsibility.

Organized by the Sham Shui Po District Council, ICAC Kowloon West Regional Office and the Sham Shui Po District Office, the Prize Presentation Ceremony and the Carnival were held on 17th March 2004, participated by 12 estates in the West Kowloon District.

The event consisted of 2 major parts: Inter-OC Live Quiz and Game Booth Design Competition, which aimed to deliver the message of integrity management to the property management practitioners, property owners as well as residents in the district. During the event, Po Lai Court and Hang Chun Court received the 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up in the Inter-OC Live Quiz respectively. Po Lai Court also obtained the 3rd Runner-up in the Game Booth Design Competition.

Mr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group stated, "We are most delighted to know that both Hang Chun Court and Po Lai Court under our management have participated in this meaningful event. Through this event, our property management staff, management committee members of the owners' incorporation and residents of the 2 estates have obtained a more in-depth understanding on integrity property management, which is beneficial to enhance the quality of our services."

Both are Home Ownership Scheme projects, Po Lai Court is situated at Po On Road, which consists of 378 residential units in 3 blocks. Whereas Hang Chun Court is located at Fortune Street with 740 residential units in 2 blocks. The 2 properties have been under the service of Urban Group since 1996 and 2001 respectively.
