Singapore National Development Delegation
visits Rhythm Garden under Urban Group

A delegation of the Singapore National Development Department and the Hong Kong Housing Department recently visited Rhythm Garden in San Po Kong managed by Urban Group, reflecting the property asset and facility management services of Urban has been recognized both locally and internationally.
The visit was held on 16th February this year. Mr. T. C. Yuen, Deputy Director of the Housing Department and Mr. Mah Bow Tan, Minister for National Development Department of Singapore, led a delegation of 10 senior executives to visit Rhythm Garden managed by Urban Group. Their aims are to share the best practices with Hong Kong property management professionals and to exchange views in property and facility management as well as customer services levels between Hong Kong and Singapore.
Minister for National Development Department of Singapore Mr. Mah Bow Tan stated, "Through the visit, we have obtained a more in-depth understanding on the quality property management models being adopted and the demands and expectations of the property owners in Hong Kong, which is useful and valuable for us to benchmark our service standard in Singapore."
Dr. Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group pointed out, "Urban Group as well as the management team at Rhythm Garden are most honored to receive the delegation from the Hong Kong Housing Department and National Development Department of Singapore, which reflects that our property asset management service level was widely recognized by local and international professionals."

Recently, Rhythm Garden received the Champion of 'Best Quality Property Management Award' in the Wong Tai Sin District, presented by the Wong Tai Sin District Council, confirming the excellent property asset and facility management services of Urban Group for the owners and tenants of the property."
