Rhythm Garden & Tak Keung Court under Urban Group receive "Best Property Management Award"

Managed by Urban Group, the Premier Property and Facility Management Group in Hong Kong, Rhythm Garden and Tak Keung Court in Wong Tai Sin recently awarded the Champion and 2nd Runner-up in the "2003/2004 Best Property Management Award" respectively, recognizing the premier management services of Urban Group at the two properties.

Organized by the Housing Affairs Committee of the Wong Tai Sin District Council, the annual "Best Property Management Award" aims to enhance the management quality of the properties in the locale so as to create a better living environment for the people. Selection criteria are based on the environmental hygiene, property appearance, facility maintenance, environmental friendliness, security, property management, and fire installation and facilities.

Totally 100 properties have entered into the competition. The outstanding achievement of Rhythm Garden and Tak Keung Court reflects the service quality of Urban Group in managing similar types of Home Ownership Scheme properties.
