Urban Group provides Premier Concierge Services to
Grenville House and Queen's Terrace

Urban Group, Hong Kong's Largest Property Asset and Facility Management Group, launches its Premier Concierge Services at two luxurious residential properties: Grenville House in Mid-Level and Queen's Terrace in Sheung Wan to enhance the overall management service quality to the residents of the 2 properties after being appointed as their property manager in 2003.

Located at Magazine Gap Road at the Mid-Levels, Grenville House is a prestigious residential property comprising 120 units in 5 residential blocks. Whereas Queen's Terrace is located at 1 Queen's Street, which has 3 residential towers of 1,148 units.

The concierge concept, which originates from the hotel industry, can previously only be experienced in five-star hotels. Services included in this concept are customer enquiries; restaurant reservation; ticket booking; secretarial support services; travel information; mailing services; transportation arrangement and baby-sitting.
