Hong Lam Court under Urban becomes Shatin Best Managed Property

Managed by Urban Group, Hong Lam Court in Shatin was recently awarded 2nd Runner-up in the "Best Quality Property Management Award" of the district, recognizing the premier management services of Urban at the estate.
Organized by the Private Properties and Home Ownership Scheme Courts Working Committee of the Shatin District Council, the Best Quality Property Management Award aims to create an opportunity for property management companies to share and exchange their best practices each others to improve the management standard of the district and provide a quality living environment for the residents.
According to the Convener of the Award Shatin District Councillor Mr. C W Lee, "We want to encourage better cooperation and relationship between owners representatives and their property manager through this competition, so that we can have a comfortable and quality living environment and the value of the properties can be enhanced."
