¡@¡@In 2002, Urban Group launched its 21st Century Integrated TQM Approach - "The Urban Premier Management Model" to enhance their service standard, which has driven them to win outstandingly 139 awards within the year and maintained their leading position in the industry.
¡@¡@Dr Edmond Cheng stated that, "Moving into 2003, 12 properties under Urban Group have received various Cleaning Awards in different districts, which embodied our total quality management approach. More importantly, it represents that we have successfully transmitted this concept to our 'Quality Working Partners' including our cleaning service suppliers as well as our customers to contribute to a decent living environment."
