Rhythm Garden managed by Urban Group awarded "Best Quality Property Management Award"

Managed by Hong Kong's Premier Property and Facility Management Company the Urban Group, Rhythm Garden in San Po Kong recently selected as the "Best Quality Home Ownership Scheme Project" in the "2002-2003 Best Quality Property Management Competition" of Wong Tai Sin District, recognizing the premier management services of Urban in the district.

The "2002-2003 Best Quality Property Management Competition" of Wong Tai Sin District was organized by the Housing Affairs Committee of the Wong Tai Sin District Council with an aim to promote the importance of property management to the residents in the region. The Competition was divided into 6 categories including private properties, public rental housing estates, Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) and Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) projects as well as industrial and commercial premises. Selection criteria based on the management quality and customer service standard of the properties as well as the cooperation and working relationship between the management company and the owners' representatives.

According to Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of the Urban Group, "The outstanding achievement and recognition of Rhythm Garden in the Competition realized the success of our 'Urban Premier Management Model' launched in September 2002. Our aim is to provide quality management services to the property so as to exceed customers' expectation."

Mr K O Watt, Chairman of the Owners' Committee of Rhythm Garden pointed out that, "It is the close cooperation and partnership among the Owners' Committee of Rhythm Garden, the Urban Group and the residents of the estate that leads to the award."

Dr Edmond Cheng emphasized, "Urban Group has been managing Rhythm Garden since December 2000. Our working mission is to provide 'Six-star Service Standard' to the residents of the estate through continuously improving our management quality to exceed their expectation. The award encourages us to further enhance our service standard to the residents in the future."
