Urban Property Management appoints Mr Michael Tsui as Director of Operations

　　Before joining Urban, Mr Tsui has served the Housing Department of the SAR Government for over 14 years. Before then he worked in the private sector as an Architect and as a Project Manager for building developments. Mr Tsui obtained his Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Sydney University, Australia and later obtained the Post-graduate Diploma in Building Science from the same University. He is currently a fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.

　　Mr Tsui's professional and academic experiences become valuable assets to Urban in its current move to expand its market share in both the public and private sectors. As Director of Operations, Mr Tsui will look after the overall operations and management of the Estate Management Department and the Security Department of Urban and will oversee the management of private and public properties of the company.

　　Urban Property Management Limited manages 290 projects over the territory with 140,000 residential units, 30,000 parking spaces and 17 million sq ft of commercial & industrial premises. It is also the major property management agent of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Government Property Agent managing substantial government properties including 17 public rental estates, 25 Home Ownership Scheme Projects and a number of Government Offices and Quarters. Since 1994, the company has been extending its service to the Central to Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System to provide its professional service to the public facility.
