Two properties under the management of Urban Group, namely Rhythm Garden and The Merton received 4 awards in IFMA Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence 2019 on 24th September 2019. Those awards are presented by International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and reflecting the Group’s outstanding management services. In particular, RHG was presented the highest level of award – “Winner” in the category of Asia Pacific Facility Management Operations to recognise its comprehensive and excellent management service for residents.
