Two residential properties under the management of Urban Group, namely Lung Poon Court (Block A-F) and Grand View Garden in Diamond Hill, won the Champion and the First Runner-up respectively in the Wong Tai Sin District Cleaning Competition Award Presentation Ceremony held on 1st February, 2019. This is the third consecutive year that Lung Poon Court crowned the Champion in the Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) and Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) Category of the Competition.
“I am delighted to know that our commitment in providing quality management services to the residents of Lung Poon Court and Grand View Garden have been recognized by the Wong Tai Sin District Council. In particular, the judging panel specially highlighted the two estates’ contingency plan and follow-up actions during the hit of Typhoon Mangkhut.” Dr Edmond Cheng, Managing Director of Urban Group remarked.
Organized by the Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene under the Wong Tai Sin District Council, the Wong Tai Sin District Cleaning Competition is a commendation for the outstanding hygiene and cleaning condition of the properties in this district. The better living environment is a result of the joint efforts of Urban Group and the residents living in Lung Poon Court and Grand View Garden.
