Sm@rtUrban™ Systems is a symbiosis of the 21st century property asset and facility management, information technology, quality management processes and talented professionals; a ground-breaking combination which matches the needs of our customers and the market. We have used advanced technology in the development of the system, tuned it to the specific requirements of the property management industry, and designed it to powerfully enhance Urban Group's service quality.
Urban Group has carried out continuous deployment of the Sm@rtUrban™ Systems which covered all properties and facilities managed by the Group in 2004. On-going deployment has been continued for new management contracts. Throughout the deployment process, reviews of the service are conducted and areas for improvement are noted. Both major and minor revamps for different modules have been carried out to fine tune the system so that optimized service can be provided to streamline operational process as well as to cope with changes in the operational environment.
In 2006, the Group has focused on enhancement of hardware and network infrastructure of the Sm@rtUrbanTM Systems to ensure its reliability and stability to cope with the rapid growth of the business.
